This process is adapted to manage the risk, function and labelling of animal raw materials and products. The risks involve biological, physical and chemical risks. Each enterprise complies with RMP management, its production, processing and transportation of animal products must obey the relevant requirements of New Zealand 1999 Animal Products Act. That is, the RMP risk management process is a set of specific requirements to ensure and guarantee the effective implementation of the Animal Products Act. Operation, production, processing and transportation of animal products under the RMP program is also equivalent to a reliable label of safe, applicable and honest.

New Bay was born with Freeze Drying and Water Solution Extraction Technology. Freeze drying, also known as lyophilisation or cryodesiccation, is a low temperature  dehydration  process that involves freezing the product, lowering pressure, then removing the ice by  sublimation . This is in contrast to dehydration by most conventional methods that evaporate water using heat. Freeze drying results in a high quality product because of the low temperature used in processing. The original shape of the product is maintained and quality of the rehydrated product is excellent. Water soluble extraction maximizes the retention of effective nutrients and biological activity. The extracts are 100% essences and filter all the impurity and auxiliary materials.
